Manufacturers give us extensive support with technical documentation, which makes it easy to pin down exactly what you need. For Carraro, Dana, Clark and Clark-Hurt components we can send you spare parts catalogues electronically, and we also have converters from OEM catalogue numbers.
- Send the nameplateA photo or transcript of the nameplate on the axle or gearbox. If there is none, the part number from the manufacturer’s catalogue.
- We clarify the detailsWe send you the spare parts catalogue and clarify the exact part with you. For expensive parts, only a 100 % clear requirement goes to the manufacturer.
- Quotation and delivery timeYou receive a quotation with the delivery time. About 80 % of parts ship from our stock straight away.
- Binding orderOnce you agree to the quotation, you send us a binding order and we dispatch the part.
How we identify the part
- The manufacturer’s nameplate. This is the ideal route. If the nameplate is on the machine, we send you the spare parts catalogue and use it together to specify exactly what you need.
- The part number from the manufacturer’s catalogue and numbering. If there is no nameplate, our number converters help us find the right part.
- Casting numbers and machine model. If no part number is available either, the registration numbers cast into larger parts and the machine type help.
Some parts are very expensive, so we only order them from the manufacturer once the requirement is 100 % technically clear. This saves you time and the cost of returning a wrong part.
