To identify the right part, send us a photo of the nameplate or the machine manufacturer’s catalogue number. To make sure you order correctly, we will send you the assembly catalogues.

- We clarify the detailsWe send you the spare parts catalogue and clarify the exact part with you. For expensive parts, only a 100 % clear requirement goes to the manufacturer.
- Quotation and delivery timeYou receive a quotation with the delivery time. About 80 % of parts ship from our stock straight away.
- Binding orderOnce you agree to the quotation, you send us a binding order and we dispatch the part.
